Scotia Gas Network (SGN), a valued client of Wagstaff for over seven years, invited us to tender for the refresh of their existing head office. We secured the project at an initial value through close collaboration and by identifying opportunities to enhance the scope. We successfully expanded the project to deliver additional features and improvements that elevated the overall outcome

The project was delivered in a live, occupied office environment, carefully phased across four stages. This approach ensured minimal disruption to SGN’s operations while maintaining productivity and staff comfort throughout the refurbishment.

Community Benefits

Approximately 25% of the existing furniture was re-used and donated to local charities, helping extend its lifecycle while supporting valuable community initiatives. In addition, local subcontractors and suppliers were engaged throughout the fit-out, strengthening regional partnerships and contributing positively to the local economy.

Sustainability

UK‑manufactured products were prioritised throughout the project, helping to reduce transportation-related environmental impact while supporting the domestic manufacturing industry. In addition, 25% of the materials used contained recycled content, further reinforcing our commitment to sustainable procurement. Sustainable products and practices were embedded across every stage of the fit-out, ensuring full alignment with SGN’s environmental values and long-term sustainability objectives.
