2. All prices in brochures downloadable from this website are subject to VAT at current standard rate.

3. Furniture Delivery, erection and installation subject to quotation. Safes and security products are quoted as ex-works. All orders under £150 are nett and subject to a carriage charge.

All goods are sold on the condition that they remian the property of the vendor until payment by the purchaser to the vendor of all amounts owing on all accounts, and until such payment the purchaser is trustee of such goods for the vendor. A return of goods by the purchaser to the vendor does not avoid the sale and purchase contract.

Trade Descriptions Act: Merchandise Marks Act: The terms Walnut, Mahogany, Beech, Cherry, Maple, Pear, Ash, Rosewood, Teak or Oak, when applied to any of the furniture shown in brochures downloadable from this site may denote colour or finish only and shall not be interpreted to mean that the artical of concern is constructed in that material.

6. All sizes are nominel. Slight variations occur between furniture designed in metric and imperial sizes.

7. Settlement terms nett 30 days on approved accounts, otherwise pro-forma/COD.

8. Hire/Lease accounts payable on presentation.

9. Exchange and return of goods is subject to a handling charge.

10. Non-standard items cannot be exchanged or returned.
